1.)   This event is to promote authors, artists and vendors from far and wide.

2.)   Sponsorships are extraordinarily important to make this event happen the right way! We are planning several different advertising options, depending on the budget.

3.)   Sponsor packages- Each sponsor will be provided a 6’ table and chairs and a sign at their booth/table that will recognize you as a sponsor (if requested). Every sponsor will be placed in our brochure to be distributed both physical and digital. Please view our Imagination Guide.

$500 (Basic Advertising)-- Logo/name on advertisements at event.

​

$650 (lanyards package)– logo/name on ads. Logo/name on lanyards.

​

$800 (Prize package)- logo/Company name listed on our digital and paper ads (every ad not guaranteed--depending on space), the winner of the surprise prize package will be overly grateful for your sponsorship. Your logo will be printed on the winning certificate. The prize may include, but not limited to, hotel room, table space, or gasoline &/or food gift cards. Many authors and vendors travel and will appreciate your sponsorship.

$1200 (dinner package)- All attendees will be grateful for our dinner sponsors. Will be able to display your logo about during dinner, pass out coupons and information in our gift bags and announce our appreciation for your special sponsorship. This package does include benefits of medium package and sponsorship of dinner.

$5500 (Trailer Package)-Imagine your company getting the most out of advertising. With the Trailer package, that is exactly what your company will receive. The most sought after GRAND PRIZE will advertise your company with every view. Everyone loves to watch videos. With every click of our custom-made book trailers, your company will be advertised for a one-time cost. It is the most cost-effective way to advertise in the digital age. 4.)   FOOD VENDORS-All samples must be distributed in a gift bag or box.

5.)   The fee mentioned above is non-refundable. The fee can be accepted in the forms of cashier’s check or check, both of which need to be mailed (unless otherwise arranged), or PAYPAL.
